As Chief Operating Officer for CMTS, Yvonne McClain is responsible for the successful execution of all contracts. She has served as Principal-in-Charge on a number of projects, specifically augmenting agencies with on-call support services. Ms. McClain has over 25 years of experience in construction management and is an expert in the management of construction support services. She has successfully overseen more than $25 million in staff support services for large capital improvement programs throughout the United States. Serving as the client lead on municipal owner’s representative contracts, she has managed program implementation that includes staffing, outreach, and training. Yvonne serves as the primary point of contact for the clients to ensure appropriate talent is deployed on all programs and appropriate metrics for performance management are in place. Mrs. McClain has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Oklahoma and has lived in Jacksonville, FL since 2009.  Yvonne is also a
