Read Below!!! 1/4 cup of finely diced Shallots 1 tablespoon of Garlic Butter 1 cup of aborio rice 1/2 cup of white wine 3 cups of chicken broth I cup Parmesan Cheese FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS CLOSELY In a large stockpot or frying pan at medium/medium high Put a decent tab of butter Add Shallots Add Garlic Cool til slightly golden barely any color and add the Aborio Rice Get the rice nicely coated in the butter and mixed well with the shallot/garlic mixture Add the 1/2 cup of white wine and stir (don't leave this unattended it will burn) Stir until you can tell the wine has been absorbed into the rice add 1 of the cups of broth using the same mindset as the win
