There's still new construction developments being proposed, even as the coronavirus shutdown continues into its second month.We talk about that on this week's Access Louisville podcast. Reporter Marty Finley tells us about one Louisville developer, LDG Development LLC, that has proposed 1,300 new apartments and an industrial building since quarantine really started in March. We also check in with banking reporter Sarah Shadburne, who tells us what she's hearing from lenders who are trying to help businesses file for SBA loans.
