Reporter Michael L. Jones tells us that the owner is from Sydney, Australia, and opening such a restaurant has been his longtime dream.In other restaurant news, a Louisville popup is opening its first brick-and-mortar location. Renshoku Ramen owners plan to open a restaurant in Old Louisville this spring.
