Milt Toby is an attorney, author, and photographer with a lifelong involvement in the horse industry. He has been writing professionally about horses since 1972, first as a staff writer and photographer for The Blood-Horse and since 1984 as a freelancer for a number of publications. He will tell us how he got involved in racing, and talk about his latest (sixth) book, Dancer’s Image: The Forgotten Story of the 1968 Kentucky Derby, which was published in 2011. In the second segment Jason Shandler, who has been a racing writer with Blood-Horse since 2004, will join our host in handicapping the week-end's major stakes races from around the country.
