The NCAA doesn’t make coaches sit out for a year, so why do they make student athletes? Scott thinks it is an absolute joke that kids have to sit out a year. It is honestly more impactful for an 18 year old kid to lose a year than for a middle aged coach. Jason is a little more hesitant than Scott, but also agrees that transfers shouldn’t have to wait it out.
