This time Van Damme and Lundgren play two government operatives who're wrongly imprisoned onboard a top secret CIA blacksite submarine. Yet these two badasses aren't about to stay underwater forever, and they're prepared to mow through an army of heavily trained commandos in order to get back to the surface!
