It’s Halloween season baby, which means the boys are in “horror” movie territory. Admir and Fahad stir the ship this week and review the somehow box office hit, Halloween Kills. The duo discuss how the strengths of the franchise are starting to lose their impact, the direction the Michael Myers lore is headed towards and how the film explored decent and unique themes but failed to execute properly.

On this weekends Bond-loaded podcast, Admir, Fahad and Osama serve a buffet of content as they chat about No Time To Die. The boys get into the nitty gritty of Daniel Craig's performance as the Englishman soars in his role; they test their knowledge on the Bond franchise in a heated segment of Hot Fire and put their minds together to rank all of the minor and major characters that Craig's Bond has to had to grapple with.

Admir and Osama get together and chat about Venom: Let There Be Carnage. The film looks to build on the box office success of the first film but does it have the same appeal as the original? The duo discuss how Eddie Brock's character grows from the first film, highlight the great CGI, and criticize the underuse of Carnage as a character and villain.

This week on the cast, Admir and Osama sit down to discuss the new comedy sci-fi film, Free Guy. The duo touch on the never-ending Ryan Reynolds performances that seem to be the actor just playing himself, discuss the film's similarity to the Truman Show and Lego Movie and talk about how the story could have improved on the B plot.

Admir and Fahad are still vacationing in Belize so Osama and Chris have decided to bring a fellow soldier on this week, Sanam. The boys discuss the film's vast improvement over its predecessor, its surprisingly cohesive plot and consistent tone and how James Gunn's specific direction elevated the movie.  

Half the crew was attacked by everyone's primary antagonist, Life, so Chris and Osama stirred the ship while their fellow comrades were out. The boys decide to review A24's new gem, The Green Knight. The two discuss the film's polarizing direction of choosing neither character or plot, how the lack of sympathy towards the main character made the journey difficult to focus on and whether or not the ending drove the message home. Making a celebrity guest appearance in the game show portion of the episode is Osama's lovely girlfriend, Kheanu, who has a Green Knight vs Gawain esque duel against Chris as both are tested on their knowledge of the film.

We had ourselves a full squad to talk about the highly-anticipated and potential Oscar-nominee Space Jam 2: A New Legacy. The boys inevitably discuss how it compares to the original, evaluate the heavy CGI approach of the film and contemplate whether this is could be the return of the Looney Tunes to the main stream.

This week on the podcast Admir, Chris and Osama get together to discuss the latest release from the MCU, Black Widow. The boys talk about how the first third of the film differed from the rest of the movie, criticize the lackluster villain, praise the performance of Florence Pugh as the incumbent Black Widow and contemplate where the MCU goes from here on the big and silver screen.

The two talk about how the music pieces add pacing and style, Bo’s indirect but subtle and significant shots to social media culture and how he masterfully crafted the visual aspect of it with limited resources.

This week on the podcast the group makes the suspect decision to review the new Steven Soderbergh movie, No Sudden Moves. The group chats about the 50s setting of the plot, discuss the lack of likable and memorable characters save Curt Goynes who is played by the always magnificent Don Cheadle and breakdown why this film has one-too many twists.

This week on the show Fahad and Admir get together to discuss the newest adventure by Vin Diesel and the gang - F9: The Fast Saga. As one does when discussing this franchise, the duo touch on where the film ran itself off the tracks, how the directors and screenwriters keep making increasingly unbelievable choices in their plot development and where there is left for the series to go (not very far).

This week on the show we turned back the clocks to chat about an old summer classic - Jaws. Chris, Admir and Fahad discuss whether the film has maintained its "blockbuster" appeal, deliver some hot takes about that score by John Williams and debate the recent news about a potential reboot for the franchise.

This week on the podcast the group chats about the musical drama In The Heights from the brilliant mind of Lin-Manuel Miranda. The boys discuss how the film dealt with representing Washington Heights, contemplate why the film actively chose to exclude themes that are present in the playwright and debate if the ending was satisfactory or not.
