S2 BONUS: Summerstock Playhouse: "THE THIRD MAN" Remake
09/07/2017 Duração: 01h11minI'm honestly shocked that I hadn't posted this before now, our 2015 entry for the Sonic Society's Summerstock Playhouse: Our pretty decent remake of the Lux Radio Theater's 1951 adaptation of Carol Reed's 1949 film, "The Third Man". In case you didn't know, the Summerstock Playhouse brings you, every Summer, a handful of old-time radio remakes from modern-day audio drama producers. As I indicated above, this was our first entry, and I'd already released our production from last year, "Good Ghost" from the Quiet, Please radio series. It's no coincidence that I went looking for our first production -- earlier this week I wrapped post-production on this year's entry, "Meridian 7-1212" from the 1939 Columbia Workshop series broadcast. This new one will be featured at the Sonic Summerstock in the last weekend of July. Find the Summerstock Playhouse at http://sonicsociety.org/category/sonic-summer/ There's a special thing going on this summer to honor the memory of our dear friend Bill Hollweg: click on the link

S4 MS2 A WORD FROM OUR SPONSORS
18/06/2017 Duração: 07minJust in time for Father's Day, here's the new mini-sode, which we call "A Word from Our Sponsors". Just a few loose commercials that would have run during "The Narada Audio Drive-In", were that still running as scheduled, but too good to let sit around, if you want my opinion. Anyway, here are commercials from longtime sponsors Arrowhawk Trail Mix, Stoopnagle's Coffee, and The Turnbuckle Television Cartel, featuring the voices of (in order of appearance): ASHLEY CARROLL, BOB CARO, and (Special Guest Voice) JULIA MORIZAWA of "The Bright Sessions Podcast". Following these spots is a special announcement, so please stay with us till the end. Spots and jingles written by Pete Lutz Music for Turnbuckle Television Cartel spot by Kevin MacLeod of Incompetech dot com Other music from the Public Domain

SAVE THE LAST WORD FOR ME S1 E8 - Tanja Milojevic
25/05/2017 Duração: 53minBecause I am unable to post more than one episode per month on my free account at Podcast Garden, I am posting this here and then on June 1st I'll post it there. But I couldn't let this wait any longer -- it's a wonderful interview with one of the most talented and sought-after voice actors I know, Tanja Milojevic. In this installment we chat about her many roles over the years, her personal accomplishments, our many mutual friends and acquaintances, and her goals for the future. We actually chatted for more than an hour, and the conversation came freely as if we were two old pals. But here are the best 53 minutes of that conversation. Enjoy!

21/05/2017 Duração: 41minHere are chapters 3 & 4 in the continuing saga of our Old West hero, Jake Dimes! Our chapters are entitled, "Ambush on the Trail", and "Arrested!" I'm happy to say that we have received two fantastic reviews at iTunes, so if you get a chance to see them, please do. I agree with their sentiments wholeheartedly, of course. :-) And while you're there, why not leave a review yourself? It takes but a mere pittance of time and you'll feel so goo-ooood afterwards! Thanks for being loyal fans, and if you're just joining us for the first time, please listen to chapters 1 & 2 before you listen to this one. Thank you!

14/05/2017 Duração: 39minHAPPY MOTHER'S DAY! Enjoy! "The King's Prerogative", our next Pulp-Pourri Theatre presentation, is still in production but will be released before the end of May. (I hope...) Thanks for being loyal listeners! Show your love by leaving us a short review at iTunes. We haven't had a new one in several months and could use a little cheering up. ;-)

S1 E2 WHAT BLEEDS IS WHAT LEADS
30/04/2017 Duração: 34minOriginally released in November 2013, this is the absolute last original episode from the archives that we can post. And to be honest I didn't want to release this one because the sound quality is not up to our current standards. But I've had it cleaned up a bit by Steve Blizin of the Drift and Ramble podcast (check his show out on iTunes, it's awesome), and I think it's ready to be heard (again). At the very least, it's here for continuity, and it has historical value (to show what we used to sound like, I guess). Here's our cast: Dana Gonsalves as Larry Halder, Micah Blain as Lieutenant Rodson, Wendy Sauer as Mildred, Pete Lutz as Tony Cintrella, Geri Elliff as Clara Lorn, and Andres Elizondo II as Nick Tanner. Additional voices were supplied by Kevin Schuster, Larry Hutchison, and Jordan Bruster-Campo....Your announcer was Lisa Ayala. ”What Bleeds is What Leads” was originally published as the short story “Red Dawn” by Don James, and appeared in the September 1946 issue of “Dime Mystery Magazine”. In search of the unusual, that's our Philboyd! Here they are, in order of appearance, beginning with his first one with a crack-filler on Mount Rushmore. The final interview is a never-before-released chat with a conspiracy theorist, conducted especially for this compilation. Enjoy! All interviews written by Pete Lutz; Philboyd Studge plays himself.
