Recorded at three different sites (two outside), B.C chops up some audio during his November birthday and asks contributor Sean Darrow from The Bottom 5 to weigh in on the seasonality of aging. B.C describes some of the tracks posted this Season III like Getting Back To Zero (about getting out of debt) and Sit Kneel Prey's closing song No Joke(s) (about police brutality against African Americans) leading into a song written in 2005 after B.C was arrested and made a conscious decision to live his life by the grace of good.

On October 26th, 2017 my 94 year old grandmother, Mary has passed away. We reflect on our elders and the day of the dead. Happy Halloween!

Colin Kaepernick kneeled during the national anthem in order to peacefully protest the justice departments handling of many police brutality cases dealing with the murders of unarmed black man during traffic stops, walking and standing on a streets. The president and media have been trying to twist this social issue into one against the military. I'm not sure how delusional or misinformed you have to be to actively stretch one's imagination to believe such a thing, but they're doing it. This is just like 'Black Lives Matter', then other groups try to counter it by saying 'All Lives Matter' or 'Blue Lives Matter'; listen the belief was simply the lack of compassion of crimes committed against innocent people of color. No one is stating that all lives don't matter, the 'black lives matter' message is simply saying 'OUR LIVES MATTER TOO'. Never Forget!

B.C teams up with B.ME to throw down a track based on the influence TV has in all of our lives. It makes up our decisions on social issues. It dictates the truths we wish were true. It influences our conversations, our family, our friends and our lives to the fullest extent, but...think about the last time you went a day without seeing a screen. It reports opinions rather than facts.

Hungover in bed, B.C phones in to Brooklyn N.Y. to rebuttal The Bottom 5's episode on Catch Phrases. This episode featuring GianCarlo Altube is the prequel to The Bottom 5's second Rebuttal Podcast aired June of 2017...

I take my family to NY for the 4th of July Weekend to go visit the statue of liberty, buy my tickets from New Jersey's Liberty Park and drive to NJ on July 1st to enjoy this family time and educational moment with my kids to find out that NJ government had disagreements over state budgets and have terminated access to public and state parks. This is a symbolic moment on the weekend we are supposed to be celebrating our independence and acceptance of all people in this world. Our monument of liberty stands alone on an island.

B.C hops across the Texas-Mexico boarder to record his first international podcast. Through endless hours of audio, B.C settles on having a phone conversation with his guest JRAM to reminisce on a fuzzy night of tequila and cow tongue. We discuss staying on point with exercise to keep our temples as pure as possible for when the nights of poison flood our bodies.

I make a wrong turn and end up in Kingspoint Mullet on I45 south of Houston staring at some dope murals on a series of buildings. Precious rides up on his bike and schools me on the History of Graffiti in Houston and tells me about some spots to follow up on to make my urban scavenger hunt fun! Enjoy!
