Thursday October 26th our special guest on This Week in the Artsis artist, illustrator and creator Leslie Cober-Gentry.  More about Leslie: An award-winning artist known for her uplifting, elegant art and design, Leslie Cober-Gentry's endeavors include a thriving and accomplished illustration career, designing performance spaces, instructing and mentoring undergraduates in illustration and design as an Assistant Professor at The Fashion Institute of Technology. Leslie grew up in a creative environment surrounded by the most well known illustrators and art directors in the business. Her father, Alan E. Thursday, October 5th This Week in the Arts segment features fine artist and patient activist Shelley Zentner (follow on twitter via @ShelleyZen) who's brief twitter profile notes: I'm a figurative artist, who paints in oils. Tuesday, October 3rd, Leavitt Partners, Chief Research Officer David Muhlestein, PhD, JD joins Andre Berger, MD and Alex Foxman, MD for a 'pulse check' on the accountable care industry including key insights from a recent publication: Medicare Alternative Payment Models: Not Every Provider Has a Path Forward. More about David: David Muhlestein, PhD, JD, is Chief Research Officer based in Washington, DC.  He directs the study of accountable care organizations through the LP Center for Accountable Care Intelligence and leads the firm’s quantitative evaluation of health care markets. He is an expert in using policy analysis, predictive modeling, and applied analytics to understand the evolving health care landscape. David also serves as Adjunct Assistant Professor of The Dartmouth Institute (TDI) at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College, is a Visiting Policy Fellow at the Margolis Center for Health Policy at Duke University, and is a Visiting Fellow at the Accountable Care Learning Collaborative.

This meeting launched the IND development process and the planned clinical trial in 2017. AGT filed patents for unique drug candidates that demonstrated high efficacy against the HIV virus in preliminary tests. AGT launched it Series D funding round to support the HIV clinical trials.
