Wouldn't life be perfect if we could just walk the path God wants for us without any issues, obstacles, or conditions? Absolutely! However, we all know that is not the case for any of us. Life if full of opposition and conditions even with a strong faith in Jesus. How to accomplish it, what it will take from us, and what it looks like in our lives. Did you know that God never intended you to accomplish this mission alone? No, in fact, you will not be able to accomplish the mission if you set off to do it by yourself. God has given every believer a helper, an advocate, a companion, a co-worker in the mission. Listen as Pastor Ronnie spends three weeks teaching us how to be "Spirit Led" while we are mission minded!

Sometimes life can throw so many obstacles, falls, or disappointments your way that you lose the one thing Christ followers should always posses, hope. Hope is what can keep you going, get you out of bed, give you the strength and courage to meet whatever life throws at you. Golden Corner Church had the incredible opportunity to ordain two staff members of GCC on Sunday, June 26th 2022, our Worship Pastor Brock Williams and Student Pastor Jake Black. It was a Sunday morning full of encouragement, support, and advice. We would all agree that prayer is an essential part of the Christian life. Could be let downs, expectations that go unmet, or just general failures, we all experience disappointments, even those of us who are striving our best to follow God's plan for our lives to the letter. So now that we've established disappointments will happen, how do we overcome them?
